Monday:
8-9 am: Siblings (optional)
9- 9:45: Preschool 1
9:45-10:30 am Primary 1
10;30 am-11;15 am: Preschool 2
11;15-12: Upper Primary

Tuesday:
8-9 am: Siblings (optional)
9-9:45 am: Preschool 4
9:45- 10:30 am: Primary 2
10:30 am-11;15 am: Preschool 3
11;15am- 12: Kindergarten

Information went out today for school pictures which will be done by Teddy Bear Portraits this year on Sept 30 and Oct 1 (next Monday and Tuesday). Parents have been asked to complete a form that needs to be returned to the office by this Friday, Sept. 27th. I will be sending a reminder email to parents tomorrow. Parents can sign up in the office for a time slot between 8-9am if they want siblings photographed together (even if the siblings go to another school). The sign up sheet is in the office. Our schedule is below (sorry it’s so big, I had a hard time making it smaller). We are going to try to stick to this as much as possible, but since this is a new experience for us please bear with us. Teachers, I will send someone to your room to let you know that the photographer is ready.Some changes:
-This year, there will not be a group class picture. Instead we are offering a composite with individual pictures of each child and their teacher(s)
-Teachers will also be photographed during their scheduled class photo time.
-When parents sign up for an 8-9am sibling time slot all of the individual pictures will also be done at that time so the child will not be photographed again later during the scheduled classroom time.
