The nonprofit Tucker Maxon School is seeking a part time Bookkeeper to start in Nov/Dec 2024. We are looking for a skilled and professional individual to be part of our incredible team. This position is for 15-18 hours per week on-site, Non Exempt, and reports to the Finance Director. $25-30/hour DOE

Our ideal Bookkeeper candidate would have the following combination of skills and experience:
– 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, working with nonprofits a plus, understanding of GAAP
– Manage all AP and AR
– Report monthly payroll to Paychex
– Assist in billing of Tuition and Fees with FACTS Tuition Management System
– Assist Finance Director with month end close and financial reporting
– Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Suite and the aptitude to learn new software
– Strong attention to detail whether working independently or collaboratively required
