Hillary grew up in Colorado, the sixth of eight children.  She graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a bachelor’s degree in English.  She moved to Portland in 2005 with a good friend to experience new adventures, and has grown to love all that the PNW has to offer.

A fierce advocate for education and learning, Hillary has worked with children in some capacity for the past 20 years.  She absolutely loves watching and helping children grow and thrive, and is thrilled to have joined the Tucker Maxon community this school year!

Hillary lives in Milwaukie with her daughter and parter, along with their dog, kitten and bunny.  She enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
