Tucker Maxon is presenting the new documentary film The Listening Project about life with cochlear implants at the Hollywood theater at 7 PM. After the documentary, the filmmakers Irene Taylor Brodsky from Portland and Jane Maddel will present a Q&A with me and the audience. After that, we will show Irene’s earlier award winning film Hear and Now, about her parents getting implants in their 60s. Both films are wonderful. The evening should end around 10 PM. Details on tickets, etc. to follow.
